Add the item to your bag. Review the products, selected options and quantities before continuing to checkout.

Enter an email address you can access and your full delivery address. Review the shipping option, payment method and final total, then place your order.

Save the confirmation email and order number. Use the order-status link in that email to follow updates.

Check the delivery address, chosen payment details and any message shown at checkout. Contact us with the product link and the error message. Do not send full card details or passwords.
